unable to play a certain artist

has anyone else got the same problem i have....unable to play any WET WET WET song....

i can download all the albums.

ive had a 2 hour conversation with helpline....for them to say it was originally just one of their albums, then told it was issue with the artist.......

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

Could you let us know what happens when you try playing the songs you mentioned? Additionally, we'd like to know if this only happens with that specific artist or with other ones as well. 

On another note, you mentioned that you're able to download the albums, just to make sure, can you listen to them in Offline mode?

Lastly, is this happening across devices or only on a specific one?
