Recommended section in playlists doesn't work

This section completely disappeared in most of my playlists.
I tried to create a new playlist and it 'worked' until I added a song which has any symbol expect letters in it's name.
Even if there are recommendations they don't work properly. They consist of random songs (like really random, I have songs for kids recommended for sap rap playlist lol).
I don't think it is an app error because I tried both PC and Android apps and web app. In PC app I don't see recommended section. In Android app it says there was an error loading recommendations in some playlists and says something like "add appropriate name for your playlist or try to add some songs" in others.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. 

First up, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app on your devices to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. This one is more thorough than the usual one. 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind trying again with a different internet connection to see if that makes the difference?

Lastly, you mentioned that you tried on the web player as well, could you let us know if you experienced the same issue there?
