Ford Sync, Spotify and Samsung S6

Having issues with spotify and ford sync not downloading artist, playlist and albums. Doesnt reconise any voice commands. The only thing I can do with it is Play Saved.2014-2015 Ford Fiesta.Anyone know of anything to help?
