2.4.0.1822 forgets shuffle and repeat

I think that starting with version 2.3 spotify loses the settings for shuffle and repeat. I start playing the first song in a playlist and it continues on to the second.
Worse, when playing an album it now always stops playing.

I think it's related to it having to do a complete start or being still In Ram. If still in Ram it keeps the setting and startup time is much shorter.

Please fix this and let the app keep my shuffle and repeat settings.

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

The repeat and shuffle options should be remembered.

The only option that turns itself off when you restart the app is the repeat "1" mode, which is intended.

Actually - no, I haven't reinstalled. And it isn't an option really because I have 21 GB of downloaded offline music, I wouldn't want to redownload.

Hey zuus12. It's not just you. I'm currently on v2.8.0.2381 and I've been experiencing this issue for the past 3-4 iOS releases.

iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 8.2

I always have Shuffle and Repeat enabled. But occassionally (whilst driving!) I find that the playlist isn't shuffling, or the playlist reaches the end and stops playing. Very annoying.
