48 hour trail again

I'm sorry if I put this under the wrong forum.

So I opened Spotify on my iPod and at the top under the time is says 48 hours remaining of your trail and I didn't start any trail, I had trail when I first got Spotify on my iPod in the summer and I haven't given them any credit card info, I've just been using the radio and I'm just worried I could get in trouble? Yesterday when I opened the app all my radio stations were gone so maybe that might have something to do with it?

Did you sign up using Facebook?

No need to panic, 48 hour free premium trial is something you normally get when you first login on a mobile device and is not part of a recurring subscription. 

Your account will simply revert to Spotify free after the trial expires - no need to worry. 🙂

@Peter: Yes but I already had the trail when I first signed up its been months and its starting again.

Have you tried doing a clean reinstallation of the app?

Is it possible you signed into a different account?
