Will I be charged on my iPhone 6 Plus after the trial period? Worried I am, I only want the trial period

If you haven't entered any billing details, you won't be billed. When the trial ends, all of your saved content and playlists will remain, only offline content will be removed from your device!

Like @tsolis18 said, without any payment details, no charges can be made, but you do need to check that your iTunes subscriptions Auto Renewal is off for Spotify.
