Abroad Error Even tho I’m not abroad

Hello y’all.  

I’m experiencing this problem, that I can’t log into my NEW Spotify account at all. On the website it’s working fine. But each time I’m using the app on the iPhone, it’s telling me “You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days“.  Now here is the weird thing... I’m not even abroad. And when I was I didn’t have any accpunt yet. On the website I checked and noticed my location location is set to USA, which is correct. I am in Texas.  So why do I experience this error. Pls help. Thanks.
