My Question or Issue

My added songs won’t pop up on my playlist I’ve tried to restart the app but it doesn’t work and i’ve tried to make the playlists public/private but nothing worked.

Thanks for reaching out.

Just to clarify — it's not possible to add songs to the Made for You playlists, since they’re automatically created by Spotify’s algorithm based on your listening habits.

What you’re seeing is actually expected behavior on the free version of the mobile app. In playlists like Discover Weekly, Daily Mix, and Release Radar, you can play any track you want. But in your own playlists, playback is limited to shuffle only.

Now, if you're having trouble adding songs to your personal playlists, try tapping “Edit” on your playlist to see the full list and check if the songs you added are actually there.

If they’re missing, let me know if you’re getting any error messages when trying to add songs, and whether the same thing happens on other devices too.
