Album cover not loading / player not available

My Question or Issue

Seems like the album cover and the player are not loading on m iPhone, i can only skip songs from the preview mode on my phone. when i open the player that supposed to show the album cover and play/next buttons i only see a blank background color.

The album cover also disappeared on my PC.

Is this a general issue?

If you aren't able to see album covers and the app player when using Spotify you might need to make sure you've got the latest app version. You can do this by performing a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app. This way you can start afresh with Spotify on any device. 

Check out this help page in order to find the steps for a clean reinstall depending on the affected device. Make sure you perform this on both your iPhone and PC. 

If it doesn’t do the trick, would you mind sending us a screenshot showing how the app looks on your end? Just attach the image to your next response to us. This way we can take a closer look at the issue. Make sure the screenshot doesn’t show any sensitive info such as payment or personal data.
