Album covers

Album covers

I wonder why my album covers change into another one when I start playing the song. For an example, when it’s in my playlist you can see the original album cover, but then when I start playing, it changes into another album cover.

Is it something you can fix? I’ve seen multiple people not have this issue.

Hey @astromeliias, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you send me a screenshot of both album covers, one before and while you're playing? I'll take a closer look.

Thanks!

Hey @astromeliias

Thanks for updating your post and including the screenshots. Could you try a clean reinstall with these steps? Sometimes the cache can lead to different issues. You can also try this with a device to check if the issue persists.

Let me know how this goes.

Hi, unfortunately it still doesn’t work for me. I’ve tried it on the mobile app and the desktop app multiple times, but it’s still the same issue for me.

Hey @astromeliias,

Thanks for the info 🙂

Could you try with another account on the same devices to check if there are any changes? It's also a good idea to try with another network.

You can also share with us the device + OS version and exact Spotify version. We'll also need a video recording of what you're seeing. We'll look into this further.

Keep us in the loop! We'll be right here if you have any questions.
