Alexa Echo Dot 4th generation, Spotify skill doesn’t open

My Question or Issue

Hi folks, 

I have a problem with my Alexa.

with the connection and all this things I have no problem, but when I open the window, in the Alexa app, to lern the Spotify skill, the window open but doesn’t show anything. I have connected the Echo Dot with Spotify I just can’t learn the skill because my Alexa Spotify skill window doesn’t work. Link with video

As a first step, we'd suggest reinstalling the Amazon Alexa app and the Spotify app on your phone. If that doesn't help, please try resetting the Amazon device and setting it up again.
