Am I hacked?

I have spotify premium and am logged in using my Facebook account on an Iphone device.

Recently, I noticed random Spanish songs in my "liked songs" section - I don't listen to Spanish songs and the same songs are also on recently listened section when I open the app.

I recently created a couple of playlists maybe because of that my spotify may be hacked? This has never happened before and I am pretty confused about this.

Account >> Sign out of all devices

Also remember to change your password later!

Thank you for your reply.

I've never given access to anyone on my spotify and have done logged myself out of my account.

This is pretty concerning I think I'm sure I got hacked is there any way for me to escalate this issue further?

Hello,

I have never provided my spotify or logged into my spotify through a different device.

I think my account may be compromised, what steps should I take to ensure other information related to my account does not get leaked.
