App Crashing

Lately when playing music and listening to podcasts, the app will crash and stop playing.

Would you mind letting us know the make, model, OS version and Spotify version of the device in which this is happening? 

It'd also be helpful to know if you've already tried any troubleshooting steps in an effort to fix this issue, this can help us avoid repeating any steps.

When I press play, after a few seconds the music stop. I have to press play again, then the same problem happens. Basically the music stops playing without my control
