App Extremely Slow to Load Offline Songs

I Have premium, and have about 1000 songs downloaded for offline use. I haven't added a large number of songs recently, but whenever i go to "Your Library > Songs", I get the spinning green circle for upwards of a minute before I can view my songs. I'm on an Iphone 7, and Spotify is up to date.

We'd always make sure that you're saving music in Offline Mode via a WiFi connection everytime. If you're not doing this already, make sure you do! You can switch off Mobile Data for the app by going to your Settings > Spotify > Mobile Data > toggle off.

We'd recommend checking your iPhone 7 for an iOS update by going to Settings > General > Software Update. If it requires one, make sure you do this first.

We'd also suggest a reinstall after this. I'm aware that you've said to be on the latest version, but doing this should clear any cache and start fresh.

1,000 songs sounds like a lot of music saved in the Offline Mode. Is it a mixture of albums and playlists? We'd suggest downloading a smaller number and perhaps downloading 2 or 3 larger playlists. If you need to manage your iPhone's storage and clear any unecessary apps, that'd be good to do too.

We'll also suggest making sure that Spotify's the only app running if you're trying to download a larger number of tracks for Offline Mode.
