App Store spotify premium payment not working.

I have been using Spotify for one-month long periods with premium. And I paid using the App Store. But, I have just paid for Spotify premium for this month, and on my iPhone, it is still the free account. Any help?

I bought premium through the App Store but I still am a free member I looked at my account it says it's paused and I need to update my payment info but I don't have a card but if I try to buy premium on the site it tells me I have already bought a premium and I have tried all help but I won't work 

it says I'm on free and that my premium is paused and that I have bought it but I don't get it please help fast
