App causing iPhone to have issues

App causing iPhone to have issues

I really don't know how else to describe this problem. For the past few days, using Spotify on my iPhone will launch other apps, Siri, pause randomly and start playing again, and sometimes skip forward though songs and even albums. Sometimes music continues to play after I close out the app.

 

Anyone else experiencing this? I've tried deleting the app and redownloading, powering my phone on and off and updating to the most recent version. It's definitely just the Spotify app, Pandora, SounCloud and other music players are working fine.

To get an idea of the issue, which version of Spotify and iOS are you running on the device?

Also, simple as it may sound, have you tried a soft reset of the device by holding both the lock and home buttons together for 10 seconds? Let us know how that helps out with things.

Hey, what OS and phone do you have. Also are you jailbroken because some tweaks you may have installed can cause that issue.Try doing a soft reset on your phone and restarting it and if that does not work you my need to eventually do a clean restore on your phone
