App crashes

I have never been more frustrated with a service I pay for. Before I upgraded the app worked fine, now that they're stealing my money I can play about fifteen seconds of music before the app crashes. I'll admit, my iPhone is the smallest iPhone 5 available and as such I don't have enough memory for an up to date iOS, but if that was the problem wouldn't it have crashed even before I upgraded? Then, to top it all off it seems like there is NO way to connect with the people at Spotify themselves. Every time I think Imm getting close to a link to talk to a person who works there I get redirected to this community where there are no answers. It seems like every one of the posts on here regarding the app crashing just has a long list of people saying "I have the same problem" with no solutions offered.

I've deleted the app and reinstalled it, that didn't help. Can anybody out there help me with this? Or at least tell me how to get a refund and cancel my subscription?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
