App for iPhone 7

App for iPhone 7

I can't start the app after I update it.
I have never had this problem befor. I tried to delet the app and download it again but it won't start.

Just to check - are you still having issues? 

If so, can you let us know the following: 

  1. iOS and Spotify version. 
  2. Are you getting any error messages?

In the meantime, try restarting your device by holding Home + Lock for 10 seconds. Does that help? 

No I don't have any issues with Spotify anymore. Thank you!
I just tried to restart the phone and it started to work again:)
