My Question or Issue

App closes automatically while in the middle of the listening. Has been happening all week since the latest update and I’m unable to listen fully through one song.

Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear about this.

 

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This step will clean the cache and corrupted files from previous installations that can cause issues.

 

It can also be good to try with another internet connection.

 

If that doesn't do the trick - can you let us know which version of the app you have?
