App keeps saying I'm offline while I'm not

My Question or Issue

 Multiple times, while connected to my home WiFi and navigating normally, I open the Spotify app and it says I'm offline. I'm not able to access any online playlist or make any search. After some time it "connects" and start working.

You mention it starts working 'after some time'. Could you let us know how long it takes for your Spotify app to connect to the internet?

In the meantime, could you try a reinstall and see if it helps?

Most of the times it takes around 10 seconds. Sometimes more but I can't be precise.

I'll try reinstalling and check if it helps.

Thanks for getting back to us. 

It can take a few seconds for Spotify to connect to the internet. Depending on your device, OS and WiFi connection, this is most likely expected behavior 🙂
