App not working

App not working

hi, my app looks like it's updating or something, but it isn't, i can't open it, i can't delete it and i can't access it through the app store, it has been like this for two days

What device do you have? iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch?

Which version of iOS are you using? 

 

Try this:

 

Signing out of iTunes on your device should terminate the stuck download.


To be sure, after you've signed out, simply reboot your device before signing back in.

  1. Launch the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap on iTunes & App Store (you'll need to scroll down a ways)
  3. Tap on your current Apple ID at the top.
  4. Tap on Sign Out in the popup menu that appears.
  5. Reboot
  6. After your iPhone has restarted, Sign in to iTunes/App Store again

Then after that check to see if you can update the Spotify app in the app store.

Thanks for that,i just tried, unfortunately it didn't work

Thanks for trying the steps I provided.

 

At this point it seems to be a problem with iOS/iPhone and not Spotify.

 

I suggest you contact Apple support for help or visit an Apple Store for help if you can.
