I can not play music when using mobile data because app shows message "You're offline. To play this, you'll need to go online first" even though app is online.
I have deleted and reinstalled the app, turned mobile data on and off, cleared the cache, restarted phone.
What else should I do to be able to play music on mobile data?

Thanks for the reply with the screenshots.
Most probably there is a setting to limit the ability of the Spotify app to use the mobile data on your iPhone. Could you check if that's the case? Here is a guide on how to find the setting on your phone.

This is an odd app behaviour indeed.
When you're saying that the app is online - are you referring to your mobile data being switched on or are your referring to the app's in-built offline mode setting being toggled off?
Does the app behaviour change when you switch to a Wi-Fi network or does it still show offline?
Let us know and we'll gladly take a look at how we can proceed from here on out 🙂

App work's fine when using wi-fi, when only in mobile data I get the message asking to go online. Other apps in my phone work fine when in mobile data.
By saying app is online I mean that the built-in offline mode setting is toggled off.

Hi. As I discovered if you have the VPN on that would interfere with Spotify. Try turning the VPN off if it's on and see if that solves that issue.
