App shows offline with mobile data, neither web app works...

My Question or Issue

The app shows offline when I´m connected with mobile data, tried also the web app and neither of them work. It doesn´t work. I've tried:

-Reinstall app

-Erasing cache

- Reconfiguring APN

-Enabling movile data for the app.

Nothing works, I can navigate in other sites without problems ..

This is an issue we're currently investigating. I'd recommend to try the steps outlined in the Status Update here.
