App started crash in ios9 so upgraded to ios10 and still crashes

Have tryed everything from deleting the app to soft resets of the phone the app crashes after startup if i uninstall it then reinstall it i can log in through facebook then when it accepts it crashes any help would be mint cheers

these are some steps to identify (and hopefully solve) the issue:

• uninstall the app, restart your device(s) and then re-install.
• next, you can sign out of all devices here.
• clear the cache for the app.
• try listening on a different device to see if the same problem occurs.
• try logging in from a different internet connection.
• try logging in with your username instead (if you didn't create your account with facebook)
