App won't fully download or delete from iPhone7

My Question or Issue

 Hello,

So I downloaded Spotify for my iPhone 7 last night, everything worked fine. I then deleted the app from my phone, but it still shows up as 'paper' icon, almost like it is in app purgatory. It won't open or delete. I've restarted multiple times, nothing seems to work. I've tried deleting it from the home screen as well as in settings. Any ideas?

What do you mean when you say as a paper icon?

Could you please attach a screenshot of what you see?

If you already tried that could you try to reset the settings?

You can do that by going into Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings.
