My Question or Issue

I'm not sure if it's since new WatchOS or IOS 15.1 but the spotify app is really messy and anoying! I've added a picture to let you see the mess yourself.

Hi there @itaybalin16,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

We had a check from our end and we couldn't see the same behavior.

Can unlink your Spotify from your watch and then reinstall the app on your watch and phone. When you reinstall it on your phone we suggest that you follow these steps. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

When you've done the following above, relink your Spotify account to your watch and see if the issue persists.

Let us know how it goes 🙂

Take care!

Live, love, laugh and listen to music 🙂

I did everything you said but it's still the same

Hey @itaybalin16,

Thanks for getting back to us.

In this case you can try factory resetting your watch. After that you can repair it again with your phone.

It's also a good idea to try with another account to see if that helps.

If nothing changes, could you share with us the exact Spotify version that is running on both devices? We'll look into this further.

Keep us posted.

I have tried factory reset but that didn't help too. I think it has something to do with the hebrew language.

phone ver: 8.6.74.1541

and I don't know how to check the watch ver

Hey @itaybalin16,

Thanks for keeping us posted.

Could you try changing the language to see if that makes a difference?

Keep us posted.

I have changed it to english and that helped. so I guess this is a language problem

Hi there @itaybalin16

Thanks for letting us know that.

As a workaround, we suggest that you try adjusting the text size on the watch to see if that makes the difference.

We haven't received similar reports so far, but we'll be on the lookout so we can investigate further.

Cheers!
