Apple Watch plays wrong podcast when selected from "Your Episodes" when on LTE

My Question or Issue

Hello, when selecting a podcast from the "Your Episodes" section from the Apple Watch app, something strange happens:

- If the watch is near the iPhone -> it plays the right podcast

- If the watch is on its own via LTE -> it plays some random podcast from my library and not the selected one

I don't know for how long this issue has been present since I never experienced the right podcast to be played from this section while on LTE on the Watch. From the Podcast list they play fine in both cases, it's just the "Your Episodes" section that has something wrong. 

Right now I'm on the latest version available on the App Store (8.9.19.571)

I already tried resetting, reinstalling and so on and also with 2 different Apple Watches.

I have just subscribed to Premium and using Apple Watch Spotify app.
I am downloading podcasts on my Apple Watch but noticing that even when I select a podcast from one type of podcast, my device sometimes plays another podcast from the same channel. Also, even if I already started playing it, when I try to resume it, my watchs plays the podcast from the beginning.
In the past, I had already been using Spotify app on Apple Watch and had no problem. No I have this problem.
Is this known?

This is what I can see also. 
when I have 2 or more episodes from the same podcast downloaded on my Apple Watch, it sometimes plays another one when I select one of them. 
Also even if I have already listened to a part of the episode in play, the app is playing the episode from the beginning again.

Here is a video with my vocal description of the 2 problems I meet with the podcasts from Spotify downloaded on my AppleWatch:

- when several episodes of the same podcast are downloaded, the app sometimes plays the wrong one

- when I want to resume an episode from where I was, app is starting the episode from the beginning

This is very annoying. This is not happening on albums.
