Artist list keeps disappearing

No problems with Spotify for 6 months until recently when I open the app my saved list of artists is drastically reduced. I have tried deleting cache and restarting the app but this doesn’t work. The only fix is to delete and reinstall, surely I shouldn’t have to do this every day or so?!!

Same here about a week my artists disappear but if I search for an artis it says “following” but not showing in artist tab

I also am having this issue. Artists list is blank. When i search the Artists it still says Following. I cleared the cache, logged out and back in and restarted my phone.

come on spotity. fix this!
