Assistance with Issue

Hi all. 

 

I have a constant issue with either my Spotify or iPhone 15 Pro. 

 

Recently (past 2/3months) I have noticed that the sound quality for Spotify has somewhat declined. In my car 2022 plate, even if I have the songs downloaded or streaming, the audio temporarily skips or stutters. This is very annoying whilst driving. 

 

Also, when having my air pod pros 2 connected, a similar thing keeps happening. 

 

This has never happened before.

 

Could anyone help, or advise on what settings I need to have selected on my app please. 

 

Firmware: 8.9.64

Hey @elthomp0777, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I am sorry to hear this, and for my delay in replying. Can you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? In the meantime, can you let me know the current software version installed on your iPhone 15 Pro? You can check by going to Settings > General > About.

 

After you have completed the reinstall of the app, I would test the audio again - and if you’re still experiencing dissatisfaction with the audio quality, adjust your settings by following these steps
