Audio stops but the app doesn’t t stop

The audio randomly stops but the when I look in the app apparently it’s still playing! To fix the issues I have close the app and restart it to get it to work. It’s stops on Monday retry mich every second track I play

That sounds weird. Could you check your iPhone's Settings > General > Software Update to see if a new iOS version is needed?

If there is, let that update. Then, follow these steps to ensure that you're on the latest version of Spotify.

Once you've updated both of these, reopen the app and try again.

If you're still experiencing this, let us know:

• What's the exact iOS device, version of iOS, and version of Spotify?
• Does this happen over WiFi, 4G, or both?
• Does this happen when other apps are running?
• Does this happen when you've locked the iPhone screen?
• Does this happen with any specific tracks/albums/playlists?
