Autoplay not working at all

Autoplay not working at all

Same song replays over and over, despite having autoplay turned on. I have obviously tried turning it off and on.

Hey there,

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

If you've already turned Autoplay off and on, make sure that Shuffle and Repeat are also turned off to ensure that you're listening to the last track on a playlist or album. 

 

Should that not do the trick, then we recommend clearing the cache within the app as it can cause different performance issues.

I have the same issue on desktop and ios - clearing cache hasn't been effective

Hi @ItsHarry!

 

As long as Repeat Capture.PNG is toggled on, Autoplay won't trigger. Could you try turning Repeat off to see if that does the trick?

I use spotify on my windows .I am using spotify for like a decade and I really like its autoplay feature. But I don't know why the feature doesn't work anymore even after being turned on. I have tried reinstalling the app so many times but it doesn't work. Please help me with these issue.

I have had this use for a couple days now and i thought u would just fix itself, it still hasnโ€™t. i have tried all trouble shooting steps and it is still not working. the โ€œAutoplayโ€ feature is toggled on, i have internet, i logged out and logged back in, i deleted the app and re-download it, and i logged in on another device, STILL no luck. please help i miss this feature so much!
For context: I am on IOS latest update

I have a premium subscription

Ill go to look up a song specifically in search sometimes because I like the songs it plays automatically afterwards and now it randomly stopped, this isnt the first time and it can take days for it to fix itself, my battery saver is off, I cant find an autoplay setting though but other than that it simply plays the song I looked up and nothing else, it works on my macbook but not on my iPhone

Hi I am also having this issue and have had most of the same negative experiences regarding Autoplay on my iphone and MacBook and have tried the few troubleshooting suggestions you have provided.  I find this issue VERY frustrating and am considering cancelling my subscription and signing up for Apple Music or another platform if the issue is not resolved.
