My Question or Issue

autoplay not working, double checked if option is enabled-it is. Plays just one song and then stops.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.
 

To begin with, could you try logging out and back into your account two times in a row to see if that helps? If it doesn't, we'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app with these steps. No worries; you won't lose any content by doing so. You'll just need to download your offline music again.

 

if the issue persists, could you try logging into your account on another device (a friend's or a relative's would do) to see if Autoplay works there? This will help us narrow down the cause of the issue.
