My Question or Issue

My Spotify  Autoplay only works for a couple of searches and then i need to toggle Autoplay on and off again for it to work. And  even then it only works for a couple of searches again.  I have  done the clean reinstall as recommended, also a reboot of my phone and finally a master reset of my phone erasing all content and settings.  Still having the same problem.  This issue only started occurring two months ago.  Any help would be greatly appreciated as i have exhausted all avenues

Can you try logging in with a different account? You can ask a friend/family member to log in with theirs or create a free test account.

 

This will help us understand if the issue is linked to your account in particular.

Hi ALex,

Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried logging in with my sisters account and the problem persists.  Autoplay works if you toggle it and then stops after working after one search.

Anything else i can try?

In this case, could you try on a different device and let us know how it works there? This would help us narrow down the possible cause of the issue.
