BMW Apple Carplay equalizer don't change sound if not restarted

My Question or Issue

I own several BMW models with NBT Evo and MGU with Apple Carplay activated and I have the issue with the equalizer in all cars. I have equalizer already setup but when I enter the car and music start play I hear the sound like equalizer is flat.
To fix the issue I turn off, then turn back on the equalizer then I hear the difference.
Must do that each time I get on the car and it's really annoying.

Any of you experienced the same issue?
