Battery Draining and sometimes crashing

My Question or Issue

As title says. 

It mostly happens when i’m offline. 

Ive tried a clean reinstall, signed in and out about 6 times. 

Ive tried near enough everything. Has anyone else got this problem or has this problem already being investigated?
