Battery drain on iPhone 7

My Question or Issue

When running Spotify on its own, or is using it in the background whilst I am on other apps I note rapid battery drain. About 10% every 10-20 minutes so I’m constantly charging my device or just simply not using Spotify. I have tried restarting my device, deleting the app, restating my device again then reinstalling Spotify but nothing changes at all. 

No other app drains my battery like this (battery health is 87%) and I’m stumped
