Blacked Out Songs From iTunes Playlist

Hey guys, I'm having a little trouble with my iTunes playlists. I have an iPhone 5 and i just got Spotify. I have the premium trial by the way. But when I imported all of my playlists onto my iPhone, some songs i can play and download, but some songs i cant and are blacked out. I can press on them and it would play on my Macbook. I have no idea how to fix this. Please help!!

Greyed out songs probably mean that the song is not licensed for Spotify due to licensing or the request of the record label or artist in your country / worldwide.

Unfortunatly there is not much we can do.
