My Question or Issue

Hi,

I cannot connect Bluesound Pulse 2i via Spotify app using either iPhone 5s with iOS 12.4.8 or PC running Windows 10 64 bit. All other players in studio work well (Marantz MCR-612, Onkyo TX-8270, Sonos players).

It just worked well with Bluesound using iPhone SE with iOS 13.7

Could you advice where the issue could be?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community! 

 

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

 

If you still have trouble with this, can you try restarting your router to see if that makes a difference for you?

 

We'd also recommend giving this a try on a different network, for example you can start a hotspot of your phone and use that network.

 

Lastly, we just want to double check if you have the possibility to ask a friend or a family member to log in on your mobile device and try connecting to the speaker.
