Bought daughter 12 month plan is saying only 11 months

Bought daughter 12 month plan is saying only 11 months

Bought her a plan via Amazon for Christmas 2023. She activated around 12/25, now it says it is expiring in late November. I paid for 12 months of service so why does it look like she will only get 11 months?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I’d suggest checking the order history page to see exactly when the Gift Card was redeemed. If it’s expiring on the 29th of November this year, it’s likely that it was redeemed on the same date last year, rather than on Christmas.

 

Remember, Gift Cards need to be redeemed manually, so you have the freedom to choose when you activate them. This means the redemption date may not always line up with when the card was advertised or what it was advertised for.
