Browse option won't show on my iPhone app

My husband's spotify shows search & browse and he can look through playlists that have been created and stuff but I'm stuck to just searching. Why? We both have iPhone 5's that are updated. I upgraded to premium to see if that would work, it didn't. I logged out logged in deinstalled the app and installed again. Beyond frustrating! Anyone else having this issue??

Browse is being rolled out in phases. You will get it in time.

Thanks! I had no idea this wasn't a regular feature. It's really the only reason I got spotify cuz I saw it on his and them I got it and didn't have it! Lol

i think that this is ridiculous! "phases"? i pay for a premium account, and i'd imagine that i should get first dibs on this feature and not all of my friends who don't pay to use...
