Browsing downloaded tracks by Artist / Album in offline mode

I use the mobile app almost exclusively in offline mode due to a share family data plan, and following a recent iOS update, I can no longer view my downloaded tracks by Artist / Album. 

The Artist and Album options under 'Your Library' now prompt me to either connect to the internet or head over to 'Downloads' to play my offline tracks. 

Problem is, the Downloads tab is functionally useless. I don't want to exclusively use playlists or select from a generated list of recent albums. I want to view my offline library by Song / Artist / Track, as I have been able to do for the entirety of my time as a paid subscriber. These changes are a major step back and I'm going to start looking at my options with Google Music and Amazon Prime.

How did this ever get past design review? It was great the way it was!
