Can't Download My Music

I have an Apple IPhone 5s running 9.3.2 with Spotify 5.7.0.1055 and the app refuses to download "My Music". I can download and make playlists but when I save a song to my music it refuses to download. From the My Music screen if I select the slider for "Available Offline" nothing happens and upon revisiting the screen it is again deselected. I only have about 400 songs offline across 2 devices so it isn't maxing out.

Hi,

Do you have any free space on your device? Typically, Spotify won't start synching unless you have 500MB-1GB of free space.

Hi,

Check your settings, I have the exact same phone as you, the unability to download maybe be due to the fact that you can only download on wifi not on mobile data aswell. If you'd like to change that, simple open your spotify settings in app.
