Can't Search Anything

I can't search anything in the search bar. If I do, there is a message that says, An error occurred please try again. I have tried again, and it still doesn't work. I've looked through the suggestions on this webpage and yes, I have restarted the device, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and I have also updated the device with the new software update. however, the thing that puzzles me the most is that everything was fine yesterday. I was able to search things up normally, but today it doesn't work out. The same situation is happening to my laptop right now. Please fix this issue or tell me something that I can do to fix this issue because it is annoying me. HELP!!!!!!!!
