Can't connect to spotify on my Ipad.

For a couple of months i've been struggling with spotify on my Ipad. I have spotify premium and i use it frequently on my android phone and my pc, and i have absolutely no problems there. When it comes to my ipad however, it simply can't connect. I'm logged in but it just says "connecting..." forever and no matter what i do, it won't change. I can restart the app but nothing to no change. If i log out, i can't log back in unless i reinstall the app, but it still won't connect. Restarting the ipad obviously doesn't help. I'm absolutely sure i have the latest update of ios and spotify. And i logged in with my username, not email. The really strange thing is that i can't even connect to the spotify webpage using any browser. Also when i recently took the ipad with me on an international travel, spotify started working again just like normal. When i got back home however, it started failing again. I suspect that it has something to do with the ip-adress or something but that doesn't really mean i know how to solve it. I really just want to be able to use pacemaker with spotify, so it would be nice if i could get some help 😉
