I am having problems downloading the spotify app on my iPhone 6s. I have previously had spotify and have just upgrade my phone with Vodafone to include premium. The app is in cloud form in the App Store. When clicked the circle goes round and I get a grey box where the spotify icon should be on my screen but I then keep getting a box saying it's unable to download and do I want to retry. I have tried retrying lots!! I have deleted and reinstalled. I have tried logging out of the App Store. I have logged out of all other devices (via website). I have done hard resets.
Any suggestions?

Hi, thanks but no joy. Restrictions are off, I have an account linked to my Apple ID and the only message I get is that it was unable to download it and do I want to retry. I keep retrying but still no music.

Alright, no worries.

Browsing the Apple forums I found some tips, that could help you.

One more thing you could try: sync your iPhone with iTunes on your computer and install the Spotify app from there.

Let me know if any of these worked.

 

Hi, sorry I hadn't replied. Still no joy. I have sync with iTunes and download app through of (same response). I have moved year on, signed out/in/hard reset/ turned off/on and keep getting same response.

This is happening to me too. Deleted Spotify to make some room, tried re-downloading it, and get the message above regarding "trying again." 

 

Has anyone figured this out?
