Not all songs syncing from local files playlist

I have a couple playlists of local files where a handful of songs will not sync over to Spotify. The songs are on my computer, they play just fine from within Spotify desktop app, but when I add them to a playlist and sync it over on my iPhone, a few song remain greyed out and won't download to the phone. How do I fix this?

Could you try deleting and redownloading the local files onto your computer and then try syncing again?

Nope. Didn't fix it.

Could you try moving the songs into a different folder on your computer and re-adding the source?

If you have a firewall in windows..Shut it off is the simplest way too do it. Also, sometimes, remanining the folder in your MP3 location, and try resyncing it again (with firewall off of course)
