Can’t download contents after deleting all contents on the other devices

Can’t download contents after deleting all contents on the other devices


1. delete all downloads in device A
2.download any contents on device b or c
3. Error says “devices which allowed to download are full”

Help says, max devices which allowed to download contents are 5 devices, but it doesn’t work.
How can I solve it?

If you have already deleted the downloads, but it is still giving the limit reached message, you can get in touch with the chat support team here.

 

Let them know that you want to delete all your offline devices. After that, you should be able to download content again.
