Can’t find a particular explicit version of an album

 I’ve been trying multiple ways to access mac miller’s GO:OD AM explicit version to no avail while my friend can easily access it from the artist’s page, i have every possible explicit version of any album i need but not this particular one and it is weird

Hi, 

thatnks for your response. Yes it is the album i’m looking for it is explicit when i view it from the attachement you provided but when i open it on spotify i get the greyed “shuffle play” button

Could you check the Explicit Filter in your Spotify Settings?

Have you tried logging in with another Spotify account to see if that helps?

i've checked and it's allowed
and yes if i change acccounts i can find the explicit version but i want it
on my main premium account

Hey @Dopespotify,

Check your country settings to make sure it's the same as the other account you tried with, to make sure it's not a regional restriction here. 

Also could you try with another network connections, turn off any VPN connections you might have, and try accessing it with this acocunt you're having issues on other devices.

Could you remove your offline devices from your account page and reinstall the app.?If it's still not working could you share a screenshot of the album?

Hey i’ve tried everything you mentioned ( even if it cost me losing every downloaded album which are a lot haha ) 

But it’s seems like it’s a regional restriction which is absurd because all of the other explicit content ( by the same artist ) is available from my location on my account. 

It works if i change the account and on vpn not otherwise ( even on vpn from my account)

Oh sorry about that, sometimes that happens to me too but to solve certain issues I've to reinstall the app 😅

Yeah, sometimes artists don't make their work available to all regions, I wish that didn't exist as a thing but it does.
