Can't get device password

I'm tyring to get a password to log in via my iPad. I click the "Set Device Password" link and get a messge that a pw has been sent to my email, but the email doesn't  come through. (And, yes, I've checked my spam folder!)

Hey, @toddatlanta
You can redo that process over a different device, (i.e. Your smartphone, your laptop, etc.) and See if that gets an email through to reset your password.
