Can't go online / connect on 3g./4g

Every thing is fine on wify. But when I am trying away from home 3g/4g I can't connect. On my iPhone

Please go to the phone Settings, Mobile Data and then flip the switch so it's on for Spotify in the list of apps.

Hey! Lindagaard, 

If you wanna go ahead and open the settings app, and tap mobile data (which is right under bluetooth and Wi-Fi) then touch the toggle to turn on your cellular, then scroll down to find the spotify setting and make sure the toggle is turned green and it's on 

then you should be sorted 🙂 I hope it helped you!
